The Grimes County Commissioners Court meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month at 9:00 AM CT at the Grimes County Justice and Business Center, 270 FM 149 W, Anderson, TX 77830. Special sessions and public hearings are held as needed.
Meeting agendas, minutes, and video recordings are available through the Granicus portal at grimescountytx.granicus.com and through OpenTexas meeting pages.
Commissioners Court meetings are livestreamed and archived via Granicus at grimescountytx.granicus.com. Full video archives are available from June 2022 onward.
The Commissioners Court consists of the County Judge and four precinct commissioners. As of 2026: County Judge Joe Fauth III; Commissioner Pct 1 Chad Mallett; Commissioner Pct 2 David Tullos (through Dec 2026); Commissioner Pct 3 Michael Raska; Commissioner Pct 4 Phillip Cox (through Dec 2026).
